What are you doing in April? Join your fellow members and alumni for Alpha Phi Omega’s Region F Sections F-1, F-2, F-3, and F-4 Conference!
Meet fellow APO members from across Region F as we come together for our annual spring section conference! The Region F All Sections Conference will be on April 10th – 12th, hosted at Northern Illinois University for all chapters in our sections.
Register before March 20th for special discounts!
Registration is now open, and early registration starts at just $30! You’ll save at least $5 when you sign up before March 20th, and there’s a special discount for pledges and Society of Life Members, too.

How to Get There:
We recommend you stay at the campus hotel to get the most out of your Conference! You can also drive or take public transit – there is a bus and a shuttle that go to NIU from the Metra UP-W Elburn station. See below for hotel and transit info!

Hotel Policy:
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a guest does not show up or calls within 24 hours of our 4 pm check-in they are subject to a charge of first night’s room and tax.
Check-in time is 4 pm and our check-out time is 11 am. If a guest requests an early check-in or late check-out there is an additional charge of $10 per extended hour. If the check-out time they request reaches or exceeds 4 pm, an additional night is charged to the guest.
Parking is not included in reservations. The visitor lot off Carroll Ave is open for guest use. It is monitored from 7 am-4 pm Monday-Friday. During these times, a guest needs to purchase a visitor pass directly from the NIU parking services website. If a guest is staying on the weekends, a parking pass is not needed.
Public Transit
The Metra UP-W line will get you to Elburn, and then you can take the Elburn Shuttle (Route 12 of the Huskie bus line). Pickup and dropoff are at Locust and Normal; find more info about getting to and from the NIU campus here. Pay close attention to when the first and last buses and trains run!
