Region F carries on…virtually! On Saturday, April 18, the sections of Region F will meet via Zoom conference to conduct the regular business of our fraternity. Within our sections and the region, we must still elect section chairs, choose future conference hosts, and discuss section business and strategic fraternity plans. This is your chance to contribute your thoughts and voice to the future of your region, your section, and your chapter, so make it count!
All brothers are encouraged to attend our virtual business meetings, but only registered Voting Delegates are allowed to vote.
To join the meeting, just click the link below for your section. We WILL be starting on time! Each Zoom room will open 15 minutes prior to roll call so everyone has time to pick their perfect Zoom background, address technical difficulties, and grab a coffee or six before we make our awesome plans.
Please note that you will need to have a password to join each meeting. It has been sent to chapter officers and section chairs, please contact them if you have not received it.

The meetings will be generally the same as they would have been at an in-person conference: Section chair election, fraternity updates, and section business. Each meeting should last no more than an hour to an hour and a half.
Additionally! At the meetings and in the near future, you will be hearing more about our plans to host virtual conference workshops using Zoom. Even if we can’t all meet for a conference in person yet, we do still want to continue to provide the education and tools you and your chapters need to be successful in APO, in college, and beyond.
